The candidates should fill in theapplication form in their own hand writing .

The candidates should fill in seperate application forms for each group.

Candiadates should submit their application forms along with xerox copies of the  following certificates :

1. Memorandum of Marks / Provisional Certificate of the qualifying examination i.e Intermediate / Class XII (CBSE).
2. Transfer Certificate from te institution where the candidate last studied .
3. Date of Birth / SSCmemorandum of marks
4. Migration certificate of the students coming from the universities otherthan Osmania University .
5. Bonafide Certificate .
6. Income Certificate of the Parent / Guardian .
7. Applicatin must be registered on or before the date prescribed by the college .
8. Candidates elonging to the other universties should pay 100/- towads registration fee & should also produce migration certificate at the time of admission .
9. Adminssion for the foreign students shall be entertained only on the recommendation of O.U.
